On February 13, the famous Cherkasy archaeologist, candidate of historical sciences, Tetyana Neradenko sent her monograph “Archaeology of Cherkasy: field, printed, museum, monument protection, educational, tourist” to the Reserve (Cherkasy: Yu.A. Chabanenko Publisher, 2023. 692 p. : ill. .). Working as a methodologist in the “History” department of the Cherkasy territorial branch of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Tetyana Neradenko devotes her free time to researching the archeology of Cherkasy region and publishes books at her own expense.
This fundamental edition contains a lot of information about the archeological monuments located in the territory of the former Korsun-Shevchenkiv district, about the archaeological collection of our Reserve and its display in the historical museum. The monograph is intended for both scientists and a wide readership interested in the ancient history of the region.
