On October 15, the Ponyatovsky Palace Museum hosted a presentation of an exhibition of paintings by students Shevchenko Art Lyceum “Koloryt” (Zvenyhorod district, Cherkasy region), dedicated to Artist’s Day.

The presentation of the exhibition was attended by teachers and students of the Shevchenko Art Lyceum “Kolorit”, students of the Korsun-Shevchenko Art School named after K.G. Stetsenko, and art fans.

The head of the culture and tourism department of the Korsun-Shevchenkivsk city council, Iryna Truntseva, and the deputy director of the Reserve for scientific work, Lidia Ovsienko, delivered welcoming remarks. The director of the Shevchenkivsk art lyceum “Kolorit” Larisa Yarovenko told the audience about the educational institution and its achievements, the teachers of the fine arts department, Larisa Oliynyk and Vira Danilina, prepared an interesting quiz for the children, and the students of the music department, Angelina Kukharevych and Nazar Oryshych, performed with musical gifts.

The exhibition at the Poniatowski Palace Museum will run until December 31, 2025.
