Plein Air Workshop at the Nature Reserve

The territory of the Reserve consistently attracts young artists. Recently, a plein air workshop was held on Kotsyubynsky Island, organized by fine arts instructor Vira Vlasenko.

The participants painted the façade of the “Poniatowski Palace” museum. While creating their sketches, the children studied color theory and composition, admired the beauty of this 18th–19th century architectural monument, and enjoyed the surrounding nature.

It was not only a creative endeavor but also a great learning opportunity. The children worked in the watercolor painting technique.
