On April 25 the scientific and practical conference was held in the Reserve.Its theme was

«Research of the history of Ukraine in the conditions of the russians-ukrainian war:

challenges, tasks, results».

At the conference Oleksandr Shamrai, deputy head of the Cherkasy regional state administration, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor of the Cherkasy University of Technology addressed the participants with a wellcome speech.

42 researches applied to participate in the conference and sent scientific reports from

Volhynia, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Rivne, Sumy, Cherkasy regions.These are university teachers, scientists of museums and nature reserves, local historians.

At the conference , a wide range of issues were discussed in the areas of:

-current questions of the history of Ukraine;

-regional history in the context of the history of Ukraine;

-the global context of the modern war in Ukraine;

-ukrainian society in conditions of war;

-preservation of the historical and cultural heritage of Ukraine during the war ;

-activities of museums and nature reserves after the full-scale invasion of Russian Federation

into Ukraine;

-documentation and musefication of the events of the russian-ukrainian war;

-the informative potential of library and museum collections in the context of studying the

history of Ukraine.

We express our sincere gratitude to scientists for participating in the conference ,for interesting scientific reports based on new research.
